With a diploma from Shillong Polytechnic and a BTech from North Eastern Hill University, he has forged a successful career in structural design. Currently employed as a structural designer at MS Hi Tech, they also serve as a part-time instructor for software programs like STAAD Pro, ArchiCAD, and estimation.

He later moved to Minnesota, pursuing a Master of Architecture and an Advanced Master of Science in Sustainable Design at the University of Minnesota. Kyrshan is a recipient of the ARCC King Student Medal, an honor bestowed upon one student per college for excellence in architectural and environmental design research, recognizing innovation, integrity, and scholarship. Additionally, he has been awarded the Thomas F. Ellerbe Scholarship, acknowledging his exceptional spirit and dedication as a final-year graduate student in architecture and engineering.
